Preferably from Petrochemical Logistics background.
Contracts drafting and issuance within the Risk Management policy requirements related to Coal. Monitoring of vessel movement and performance as per charter party contract and maritime conditions including managing demurrage incidents. Appointment and management of inspection agents, handle cargo contamination or quality dispute situations, handle cargo spillage accidents. Provide BL instructions to shipper and/or supplier in compliance with buyers requirements. Analyze and resolve any trade related quantity or quality discrepancies. Ensuring timely and accurate receipt of payment from our buyers and payments to our suppliers. Executing onshore and offshore cargo storage operations including ship to ship transshipment, onshore line metering, throughput management and cargo loss measurements. Assisting risk management, finance and accounting teams to reconcile and update internal reporting systems like SAP. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities. Prepare regular reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement. Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
