Coaching and Mentoring
We undertake assignments to Coach specific Talents, with pre-set objectives to meet, as directed by HR Heads of client organization. Most of such intra-organizational Talents are identified, who are meant to be groomed for future Senior / Top Management assignments, and assigned to our Lead Coaches.
Once the pre-set goals of Coaching are evaluated to be met, in many cases, these Talents are Mentored by our Coaches till the career transition gets completed.
