KPIs: Generation of New Customer enquiries online / offline / direct / indirect communication channels | Planning and executing electronic, media and outdoor campaigns efficiently to generate businesses | Enquiry management and conversion to generate sufficient business revenue | Maintaining Existing Customer relationships and generation of referral businesses | Effective billing and Receivables Management | Matured and professional, internal and external correspondences upholding employer’s image | Regular coordination with other functions and departments to ensure smooth deliveries to the customers | Efficient management of customer grievances and providing satisfactory solutions | Meeting Revenue and Receivables targets on monthly basis | Effective Team Management.
