KPIs: Enquiry handling and conversion to generate sufficient business revenue | Maintaining Existing Customer relationships and generation of referral businesses | Matured and professional, internal and external correspondences upholding employer’s image | Regular coordination with other functions and departments to ensure smooth deliveries to the customers | Efficient management of customer grievances and providing satisfactory solutions | Meeting Revenue and Receivables targets on monthly basis.
