We are looking for candidates from Automobile Logistics sector.

KPIs:

• Support to Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations with internal stake holders, Logistics service providers, dealers and customers for Regional level Plant and RSOs
• Implement logistics principles, policies and processes to improve operational and financial performances
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within the budgetary requirements
• Support Monitoring delivery performances from Invoice to delivery and logistics cost for both internal and external services at Regional level Plant and RSOs.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with logistics service provider
• Support optimal transport modes, routes to achieve the desired delivery performance
• Monitor and improve logistics service provider performance on weekly, monthly and yearly frequency
• Ensure carriers compliance with company policies or procedures for vehicle transit or delivery
• Review impact of logistics changes in the form of routing, transportation modes or carriers and inform all stake holders
• Conduct periodic inventory audit with internal and external agency to maintain inventory accuracy at RSO
• Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock for optimal utilization of yard space
• Interpret trends and analyse data to improve customer service and cost improvements
• Ensure metrics, reports and process documentation are in place as per company guidelines
• Ensure all completed orders are billed and dispatched on time
• Ensure vehicles are transported appropriately to ensure safe delivery at dealers/customers end
• Ensure vehicles get delivered as per company specified Standard Transit Time
• Ensure compliance to be maintained at every logistics process
• Monitor and reduction of RSO operation cost
• Co-ordination with Plant PPC and SHQ for Monthly region-wise Planning
• Planning transportation modes as per capacity and its applicability to meet the plan.
• Analysis of Transporter performance data and its linkage for deriving transporter SOB.
• Monthly, weekly transporter wise scheduling as per transporter performance and SOB based on the monthly plan.
• Monitoring Schedule vs Actual performance on weekly basis and analyse failures.
• Monitoring fleet availability based on plan to meet daily requirements.
• Exigency planning in case of shortages to meet the requirements by adapting alternate modes of transportation.
• Monitoring Contracts and BG of transporters.
• Analysis of transport Carrier Fleets for the performance and quality deliveries.
